The Austin Martin has always been one of the sexiest looking supercars on the road (IMO) and just when I thought it couldn’t look any better they decide to roll out the Austin Martin Vanquish S Ultimate Edition. The Vanquish S Ultimate Edition will be built to commemorate the last forty cars to roll off the production line. The Vanquish S Ultimate Edition centers on changes to the Vanquish S?s interior and exterior color and trim. The Vanquish S Ultimate edition will be painted “ultimate black” (a new color specifically created for the Ultimate Edition). On the inside, the all black cabin will be trimmed in a semi-aniline leather with coarse stitching and darkened chrome finish interior fittings. Each one will have a personalised sill plaque that will display its limited edition number. The Vanquish S Ultimate Edition will only be available with the 2+2 seating arrangement and the Ultimate Edition will come with no additional charge!

The Vanquish S Ultimate Edition will not include any performance upgrades over the standard Vanquish S (but as long as your the best looking you don’t need to be the fastest). When it comes to performance the Vanquish S may not be able to hang with the bigboys in the supercar lineup but it is still a “pretty” mean machine (check out the video below)! I just came across a really cool site that converts online videos (ex: youtube videos) into any format and lets you download them (for free)! You can even convert a video (ex: a music video) into MP3 format. All you need to do is provide the URL of the video and vixy.net’s FLV Online Converter will quickly convert your video and provide you with a link to download it!

This is especially cool if you have a smartphone or PDA. I converted a few videos to MP4 so I could watch them on my Blackberry Pearl and it worked perfectly. If your a fan of “The Office” you can convert the Prison Mike scene so you can watch it on your phone over and over and over… Anyway, check it out!

I took some shots of my friends Audi S4 earlier today and messed around with them on Photoshop. Just thought I would share a few of the pics.
For those of you who don’t know much about the Audi S4, it really is a fun car to drive! The B5 Audi S4 (which was built between 1997 and 2002) is an all wheel drive 2.7 liter twin Turbo V6 sedan that is capable of pushing 350hp (to the wheels) with just a few bolt-ons (intake, exhaust, ECU…). Even now, 10 years after the S4 was first introduced they are still coming out with upgraded turbo kits capable of pushing the S4 to 630 wheel horsepower! The S4 also handles very well and I have had the pleasure of driving one or two through the back roads! Needless to say, the S4 has developed a huge enthusiast community and it’s rare to see an S4 that isn’t modified in some way. It might not have the lines of a supercar but it’s a great choice for those looking for a practical and sophisticated sedan that has all the comforts of a luxury sedan plus the perform of a sportscar!

If you’re in the market for an all-in-one print, scan, copy and fax device the Canon PIXMA MP830 looks pretty sweet! I’ve been doing some research on all in one printers and in terms of price and performance the Pixma mp830 is my top pick. (detailed specs on the Pixma MP830 are below).

Perhaps best of all is the fact that the print cartridges are super inexpensive. One of my main criteria when looking for a printer is the cost of replacement ink cartridges. As we all know ink jet cartridges often cost between $30 and $50 dollars. The Canon MP830 has an individual cartridge for each color (which saves you money by not tossing out unused ink) and best of all you can find generic replacement ink cartridges for about $2 dollars each!

IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER: Always look to see that the printer you are going to buy has cheap ink cartridges available online. Some companies (Ex: Dell) do not have generic cartridges so you have no choice but to purchase the OEM product for $30+ dollars a cartridge…

This is for all “The Office” fans out there!
I just realized I don’t talk nearly enough about the NBC show “The Office” and since it is probably my favorite show of all time I figured it was time to start mentioning it! I am not much of a TV watcher but this is the one show that I have purchased every episode of, and I can watch it over and over again. It is also a show that I have come to quote in my daily conversations with friends (never quoted a TV show before).
Below is just one of many great images that I captured of Michael Scott as he “scares everyone straight” with his Prison Mike impression in “the Convict” episode. I was thinking of spending a bit more time on these and making higher resolution images available for download as desktop backgrounds if people are interested! Let me know what you think.

I also wanted to mention a great fan site for “The Office” for those of us who can’t get enough! Its LifeintheOffice.com and it is continually updated with current info on the show. It includes quotes, video and audio clips, show info, ringtones, interviews with the cast, a forum and an RSS feed… (which I subscribe to)!

I recently returned from a vacation in Costa Rica with a few friends (pictures below) and I must say, Costa Rica is an awesome country. During part of our trip we met up with a family friend of ours who is also a real agent, working in and around Playa Hermosa. Over the course of a couple days she showed us a number of properties and gave us a good feel for the Costa Rica real estate market.
Playa Hermosa is definitely one of the most beautiful areas, and one of the greatest opportunities in Costa Rica. If you are looking for a place to buy an investment property, and or a vacation home I would definitely consider buying Costa Rica real estate for a few reasons:
1) Costa Rica is a true tropical paradise with beautiful beaches, lush rainforest, natural hot springs… (I included a few pictures of my trip below)
2) Costa Rica is booming and there is a massive amount of money being poured into the country. Resorts, hotels, and massive master planned communities are being developed, so there is definitely something for everyone.
3) Costa Rica is still much more affordable than Hawaii and other popular getaways.
4) Costa Rica has extremely low property taxes (about .25% per year)
5) Costa Rica is a secure investment with escrow and title insurance
6) Prices have been steadily increasing over the past few years; however, there is still tremendous room for growth and profit potential!
7) Costa Rica is only a few hours from the US and on Dec. 15th Delta started a direct flight from LAX to Liberia international airport (which is only a 30 minute car ride to Playa Hermosa).

Anyway? back to my trip. While we were in Playa Hermosa we checked out a few spec homes in the hills overlooking the bay of Playa Hermosa. Prices have been steadily increasing over the past few years; however, there is still tremendous room for growth and profit potential.

The house pictured below was a 6,000+ square foot spec house overlooking Playa Hermosa with a distant view of the Four Seasons property in the distance. Within a few years this bay will have one of the world?s premier luxury yacht docs, making this a hot spot for luxury vacationers. Definitely PremiumPosts.com worthy! It is also right down the street from a property that Steve Case will be turning into the Ritz Carlton and another property that Andre Agassi will be turning into the Miraval Spa.
